As mentioned in our previous communication the original TITAN® platform will be switched off at midnight on 28 August 2019.

Clients will now need to make use of the manual inspection process from 29 August 2019 until TITAN 2.0® goes live in October 2019.

This grace period has been provisioned in order to allow the PPECB the time to clear out the current TITAN® system and allow for smooth running to the end of current citrus season. Furthermore, this time can be utilised by software vendors to prepare their systems and train pack house staff.
