She was elected in 2026 to represent exporters not represented in terms of Sections 4(1)(a) and (b) of the PPEC Act. Jolanda is a senior agriculture specialist with over a decade of experience spanning agribusiness, public policy, and development finance in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of AgriSA, South Africa’s largest agricultural federation, where she leads strategy, partnerships, and operational coordination across a national system of producer organisations, commodity bodies, and agribusiness stakeholders.
Jolanda combines strategic advisory capability with hands-on execution, together with experience in programme design, data systems development, portfolio tracking, and stakeholder engagement across financial institutions, government, and industry. She is recognised for her ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments and to deliver high-quality analytical and operational outputs under tight timelines.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), awarded cum laude from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (University of Pretoria), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (cum laude) from Stellenbosch Business School, and a Master’s degree in Political Studies from North-West University.
