The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) is proud to announce the successful launch of its next-generation TITAN 2.0® Digital Export Certification feature. On Thursday, 13 November 2025, the PPECB’s Certification Offices officially processed the PPECB's first fully digital Export Certificates, marking a significant milestone in the organisation's ongoing digital transformation journey.
This achievement represents a major step towards a fully paperless export certification process, ensuring faster, more secure, and fully compliant certification for South Africa's perishable exports. Through TITAN 2.0®, users can now download Export Certificates and Addendums directly from the platform or access them via an API endpoint for seamless integration with their own systems.
The new functionality offers the following key benefits to industry:
- Paperless Certification – Reducing manual processes, physical handling, and turnaround times.
- Enhanced Data Integrity and Traceability – Ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Real-time Visibility – Enabling users to track certification status instantly.
