Intellex Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the usage of the Intellex platform ("the platform").
  2. These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person(s) ("user" or "users") who registers to use and accesses the platform and are to be read in conjunction with the PPECB Website Privacy Policy and Terms of use.
  3. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. All data contained on the platform is strictly intended for users within the export and agricultural industry of the Republic of South Africa ("South Africa").
  5. Users are prohibited from sharing data with third parties outside South Africa.
  6. No user shall publish any data obtained from the platform without the express consent of the PPECB.
  7. The PPECB has taken reasonable care to ensure the integrity of the data on the platform but does not warrant that the information is free of any error(s) or inaccuracies or that the data is complete.
  8. The PPECB will not assume any responsibility for reliance on the data by any user.
  9. Users may access the data on the platform free of charge until such a time that the PPECB imposes a fee for use of and access to the platform. The PPECB reserves the right to impose such fee at a future undetermined date, and users will be required to accept the PPECB's Standard Terms and Conditions.
  10. The user hereby consents to the retention and storage of its Personal Information pursuant to its registration on the platform, on a private/public cloud hosted in Germany, for the relevant retention periods as may be provided for by relevant statute(s) or PPECB's retention policy.
